"I have had positive results from coming to class including improved attention to breathing, benefits from learning to let movement flow and the enjoyment of a worthwhile challenge. I haven’t been learning very long but you are both excellent teachers. Thanks very much for your patience".

"I started tai chi with you after major operations, which had left me weak and demotivated. Before the surgery, I was fat but very fit, but thanks to you and Rob, I am feeling more like my old self and certainly getting my fitness back.
Thank you for your patience and encouragement. Long may you continue!"

"We would like to say how much we love your classes and always look forward to it my main feeling is one of revitalisation. The fact I can do this after 10 years of Parkinson's is purely down to my brilliant and patient teachers".

Tai chi has been transformative for me. Diagnosed with Parkinson’s ten years ago I was starting to have falls. Two years later I am aware I lose my balance more than ever but in most cases I can now correct it without actually falling. It is also less aggressive than most other forms of keeping fit so it doesn’t aggravate existing physical problems. I feel more supple, healthier and happier following practice.

Tia chi is the best form of exercise for me. I feel more supple, walking better I feel fitter than I did in my 30's thank you Elaine and Rob
